Cancellation and Refund Policy:

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your registration for a program, here's our policy:

 

1. **Cancellation Timeframe:**

   - If you cancel 14 days before the scheduled class, you are eligible for a full refund.

   - Cancellations made within 3 of the class may not be eligible for a refund.

 

2. **Refund Process:**

   - Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.

 

3. **How to Cancel:**

   - Please contact us to initiate the cancellation process. Include your name, class details, and registration information for prompt assistance.

 

4. **Exceptions:**

   - In certain exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented emergencies), we may consider refund requests outside the stated cancellation timeframe.

 

5. **No-Show Policy:**

   - Participants who do not attend without canceling beforehand may not be eligible for a refund.

 

6. **Make-up Classes:**

   - If a class is canceled by us, we will arrange a makeup session or provide a full refund according to our class cancellation policy.
